Vocational Training Services

Business and Information Technology

Graduates acquire the skills and knowledge for employment in an entry-level position in the business and information technology (IT) fields. By completing core assessment tasks prior to enrolling in a training program, all clients will gain an introductory knowledge of basic computer concepts, information technology software, basic math skills, customer service skills, data entry skills, and English written and verbal comprehension skills.

Training Area Qualifications

  • Meet WWRC admission criteria
  • Be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
  • Be able to perform basic mathematical problems.
  • Be able to work with a computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Be able to work independently in a classroom/lab setting.
  • Meet prerequisites for specific training program (if applicable)
General Office/Administrative Assistant
